The Blair Group LLC is a full-service strategic consulting service that focuses on grassroots solution for the unique needs of our clients. We specialize in grassroots voter contact campaigns, activist and volunteer training, strategic communications, targeted public programming, and grassroots earned media projects.
Our clients include non-profits, political action committees, conservative political campaigns, and private for-profit companies. Our Team
David Blair is the Executive Director of the Conservative Leadership PAC and President of the Blair Group LLC. As President of the Blair Group LLC David travels the country training, equipping, and mobilizing conservatives to organize and win for candidates and causes they care about.
Formerly, David served as Director of the Leadership Institutes' flagship training program the Youth Leadership School. In this role, David trained over 5,000 conservative young people from all over the world the principles of mass-based youth organizing.
As a youth organizer himself David led the Trump Campaign's successful youth effort in 2016 as the National Director of Youth for Trump. He went on to oversee youth outreach on the Presidential Transition Team and served as a Deputy Press Secretary in the Trump Administration.
As an advocate for free speech on college campuses, David was involved in the promotion and execution of President Trump's Executive Order on free speech and has contributed to Fox News on the topic.
David has been a speaker at CPAC, Japanese CPAC, the Western Conservative Summit, Turning Point USA's Teen and Student Action Summits, Values Voter Summit, Generation Joshua's iGovern summits, and is a Distinguished Faculty Member of the Leadership Institute and a speaker for their "Liberal Privilege" tour.

Zach Jordan
VICE PRESIDENT
Zach Jordan grew up in Indianapolis, IN, and graduated from Western Kentucky University. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management & Administration, Zach went on to work at the NCAA for several years. Following the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to make a career change into conservative politics. Since getting his start knocking on doors, he has developed a proven track record in fundraising, campaign management, and grassroots organization. Zach now serves as Vice President of Blair Group LLC, bringing a unique blend of political campaign experience and strategic engagement. With a background spanning both political and corporate spheres, he is poised to drive success in his leadership role at Blair Group.

Abby Draiss
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Abby serves as the Director of Operations for Blair Group. She was born and raised in Ohio and has always been passionate about preserving freedom and spreading conservative principles. Prior to joining our team, Abby worked as an Executive Assistant for the Arizona State Senate and for the Chairman of CPAC. She is a graduate of Liberty University.

Arik AmundsEn
VP FIELD OPERATIONS
Arik serves as Vice President of field operations at The Blair Group. Born and raised in the great state of Oklahoma, Arik has always had a passion for protecting and preserving constitutionally conservative values. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Oklahoma State University in 2022, Arik earned a Bachelor’s degree in political science and history. Prior to joining The Blair Group, Arik served on a multitude of conservative campaigns and initiatives nation wide holding various roles. Additionally, he served as a legislative aide for multiple members of the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
Dausin Olberding
VP FIELD OPERATIONS
Dausin serves as Vice President of Field Operations for the Blair Group. Hailing from the great state of Iowa, Dausin has held various key roles for conservative campaigns and organizations throughout the state and beyond. Most notably, Dausin formerly served as Chairman of the Young Republicans in Iowa and contributed to President Trump’s Re-Election Campaign within the state. Presently, Dausin's work extends nationwide as he travels the country training organizers and spearheading our grassroots field campaigns.

Christy Noad
RECRUITER
Christy was born into a military family in Upstate NY and lived in Taiwan, Virginia and now residing in Florida. Christy has her degree from the University of Miami in Political Science and History. Christy has extensive experience in politics, starting in 2008 as a congressional intern to most recently working as an operations director, before that a recruiter, and prior to that 5 campaign cycles in the field as a director. As a director, Christy won an award for Best Office in Kissimmee, as her team brought in over 4,000 signatures in one week for a ballot initiative. She also has corporate experience as a SE territory relationship manager for Fiat Chrysler, where she managed dealerships, cap and cap local schools in 6 different states. Christy's management experience, professionalism, political knowledge, and passion for conservative values make her an asset for the Blair group.
REYNA TOMASEK
RECRUITER
Reyna serves as Recruiting Specialist for the Blair Group. She is a graduate of the Leadership Institute’s Campaign Leadership College with an educational background in Business Management. Born in Chicago, but with California Roots now, Reyna has held various key roles such as campaign manager for Congressional and local conservative campaigns and organizations specializing in GOTV mobilization throughout the state. With her former career in Hospitality and Event Management; she also has expertise in organizing wide-scale political events and has organized many in Southern California, working with such Speakers as Charlie Kirk from TPUSA ,other notable conservative voices and elected officials. She also helped with Animal Legal Organizations to help pass bi-partisan legislation in animal protection policy.
